SIOUXSIE SIOUX

Dicen que vendrá Siouxsie Sioux. Dicen que será el 9 de septiembre en un teatro llamado Metropol en Bogotá. Aún no dicen cuanto vale el milagro y en la página oficial de la Diva no aparece confirmación. Sin embargo, el sólo imaginar ese concierto ya nos llena a sus seguidores, de una cieras maripositas en el estomago.




Y es que nuestra primera juventud estuvo marcada por esta mujer y su grupo legendario. Muy pronto en 1984, extraño para la época, nos llegó el concierto Nocturne. Esta obra maravillosa de 1983, en compañía de los Banshees y Robert Smith, se presentó en vivo en el Royal Albert Hall. La banda original, Siouxsie and The Banshees se disolvió en 1996 y dio paso a The Creatures. esta carta fue la despedida:
